How can I register with EARTH RESTORED to place orders?

To create a customer account with us, simply click on the ‘Login’ button in the header at the top right. There you can either log in as a registered customer or create a new customer account. A customer account can be created by simply entering your email address and a secure password. You can use this data to log into your account at any time later. From now on you can shop around the clock. Of course, you can also easily ‘Register’ as a customer during your first order.

Can I also buy from EARTH RESTORED without opening an account?

Yes, of course. You can either checkout as a guest, or for offline purchases you can do this via email and/ or telephoning us. We are available Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. to place your order.

Where can I see my previous order(s)?

Log in to your customer account first. Then click on ‘Orders’ in the navigation menu on the left. Here you will find all your previous orders, sorted by date.

How can I cancel my order?

Have you changed your mind or/ and ordered the wrong items? As long as your order has not been dispatched, you can cancel it. If you want to cancel an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Can I repeat or schedule an order?

Sure, it’s easy. You can either log in to your customer account, select the desired order under “Orders” and then “Order again”. Alternatively, you can call us and we look for the desired order for you based on your order data.

My contact details have changed

Have you moved or do you have a new email address that you would like to store with us? No problem! Simply log in to your customer account. Here you can edit all your personal data and save the changes. If problems should arise during the change, please contact our customer service. They will change your data for you very quickly.

What can I do if I forget my password?

In the customer login area, you have the option of requesting a new, provisional password that you will receive by email. Simply click ‘Lost your password?’ to start the process. Please call us if you experience any difficulties with this automated process. We recommend you to assign a new password of your choice after logging in with the temporary password under ‘My account’.
